Resflor calcium sulfate raised access floor panel make the environmently friendly plant's fiber as the reinforcement material, then solidify the calcium sulfate crystals, and after the pulse pressing process, finally fabricate ecologic mono-layer mineral panel single-ply. 100% recyclable material, green building material. Top & bottom with high quality galvanized steel plate with excellent rust and corrosion resistance. Elastic edge trim around the panel edges, which is self-distinguishing. Various thicknesses of the panel as well as special formats round off the line of products.

Product Description

	Panel Structure ① Covering High Pressure Laminated (HPL), ESD Antistatic Vinyl, Ceramic, Carpet, Homogeneous Vinyl, Heterogeneous vinyl, Rubber, Linoleum, Nature Wood, Terrazzo, Granite, Marble and others under requirement. ② Core Environment friendly plant's fiber as the reinforcement material, then solidify the calcium sulfate crystals, and after the pulse pressing process, finally fabricate ecologic mono-layer mineral panel single-ply. ③ Edge Trim Elastic edge trim around the panel edges, which is self-distinguishing, application of different kinds of covering on the panel surface must be ensured, protection against damage and humidity, edges inclined. ④ Bottom High quality galvanized steel plate with excellent rust and corrosion resistance.
System Structure ① Standard pedestal Assembly consisting of base plate, tube, threaded rod with provisions for height adjustment, and top plate (head), made of steel. Different heights to create cavity to accommodate the air conditioning, cable trays, electrical installations, water pipeline, etc. Pedestal can be glued to the subfloor or dowelled by expansion bolt on request. ② Standard stringer Modular steel systems designed to bolt to pedestal top plate and form a grid pattern. ③ Screw Galvanized steel screw to fasten the stringer to pedestal top plate, dimension M6*10mm.
	Pedestal* ① Top plate (head) Dimension Φ90mm,thickness 3mm, acoustic vibration gasket to deaden sound, seal off the underfloor cavity and maintain stringer alignment and position. ② Threaded rod M18, length 80mm, fully welded to top plate. Leveling mechanism for making and holding fine adjustments in height and for locking at a selected height, to prevent vibratory displacement. ③ Tube Φ21mm, wall thickness 1.5mm, fully welded to base plate. The tube can be cut according to site requirements to obtain the required height. ④ Base plate 95mmx95mm, thickness 2mm. With 4 holes to drain excess of adhesive or allow mechanical anchoring.
Stringer* Dimension: 20mm(W)x30mm(H)x539mm(L), solid tube design, high strength, acoustic vibration gasket at contact surfaces between panel and stringer to deaden sound, seal off the underfloor cavity from above, and maintain panel alignment and position.

*Rich anti-rust and anti-corrosion surface treatment solutions: yellow zinc plating, white zinc plating, blue passivated zinc plating, epoxy powder spraying coating, hot-dip galvanized, nickel plating, chrome plating, porcelain plating etc. Zinc whisker free is optional.
