Resflor high profile steel cementitious trunking raised access floor system integraetd with multi-channel cable management system. Height-adjustable pedestals are self locking and range in height from 35mm to 150mm.

Panel Structure

① Top Steel Plate

Cold rolled steel plate (SPCC) epoxy powder coated with excellent rust and corrosion resistance.

② Core

Precise controlled mixing of fireproof lightweight foaming cement with advanced formula.

③ Bottom Steel Plate

64 embossments formed steel bottom plate (ST14) with excellent rust and corrosion resistance.

System Structure

① Channel Top Plate

High quality steel made, 2.0mm thick, epoxy powder coated finish, excellent load-bearing capacity.

② Corner Top Plate

High quality steel made, 2.0mm thick, epoxy powder coated finish, excellent load-bearing capacity.

③ Pedestal

Assembly consisting of base plate, threaded rod with provisions for height adjustment, and top plate, made of aluminum.

④ Channel Base Plate

High quality galvanized steel plate with excellent rust and corrosion resistance, design for cable and wires layout.

⑤ Corner Base Plate

High quality galvanized steel plate with excellent rust and corrosion resistance, 4 corner holes to connect pedestals.

Pedestal*

① Top plate (head)

Fully aluminum-alloy made pedestal head, acoustic vibration gasket to deaden sound, and maintain panel alignment and position.

② Threaded rod

M18, fully welded to base plate. Leveling mechanism for making and holding fine adjustments in height and or locking at a selected height, to prevent vibratory displacement.

③ Base plate

95mmx95mm, with 4 holes to drain excess of adhesive or allow mechanical anchoring.

Two types: Standard base; Deepen base

*Rich anti-rust and anti-corrosion surface treatment solutions: yellow zinc plating, white zinc plating, blue passivated zinc plating, epoxy powder spraying coating, hot-dip galvanized, nickel plating, chrome plating, porcelain plating etc. Zinc whisker free is optional.
