Panel Structure① Covering High quality galvanized steel plate with excellent rust and corrosion resistance. ② Core High density ecological recycled chipboard panel, which is approved as E1 (free of formaldehyde), perfect fire resistance performance. ③ Edge Trim Elastic edge trim around the panel edges, which is self-extinguishing, application of different kinds of covering on the panel surface must be ensured, protection against damage and humidity, edges inclined. ④ Bottom High quality galvanized steel plate with excellent rust and corrosion resistance. |
System Structure① Standard pedestal Assembly consisting of base plate, tube, threaded rod with provisions for height adjustment, and top plate (head), made of steel. Different heights to create cavity to accommodate the air conditioning, cable trays, electrical installations, water pipeline, etc. ② Standard stringer Modular steel systems designed to bolt to pedestal top plate and form a grid pattern. ③ Screw Galvanized steel screw to fasten the stringer to pedestal top plate, dimension M6*10mm. |

Pedestal*① Top plate (head) Dimension Φ90mm, thickness 3mm, acoustic vibration gasket to deaden sound, seal off the underfloor cavity and maintain stringer alignment and position. ② Threaded rod M18, length 80mm, fully welded to top plate. Leveling mechanism for making and holding fine adjustments in height and for locking at a selected height, to prevent vibratory displacement. ③ Tube Φ21mm, wall thickness 1.5mm, fully welded to base plate. The tube can be cut according to site requirements to obtain the required height. ④ Base plate 95mmx95mm, thickness 2mm. With 4 holes to drain excess of adhesive or allow mechanical anchoring. |
Stringer*Dimension: 20mm(W)x30mm(H)x539mm(L), solid tube design, high strength, acoustic vibration gasket at contact surfaces between panel and stringer to deaden sound, seal off the underfloor cavity from above, and maintain panel alignment and position. |

*Rich anti-rust and anti-corrosion surface treatment solutions: yellow zinc plating, white zinc plating, blue passivated zinc plating, epoxy powder spraying coating, hot-dip galvanized, nickel plating, chrome plating, porcelain plating etc. Zinc whisker free is optional.
