Resflor Covered Steel Cementitious Raised Access Floor panels are epoxy powder coated unitized shells consisting of a steel top plate welded to a 64 embossments formed steel bottom plate filled with a precise controlled mixing of fireproof lightweight foaming cement with advanced formula. Manufactured to exacting tolerances, these noncombustible, solid panels deliver the ultimate in strength, durability, and acoustic performance. Factory applied covering with High Pressure Laminated (HPL), ESD Antistatic Vinyl, Ceramic, Carpet, Homogeneous Vinyl, Rubber, Linoleum, Nature Wood, Terrazzo, Granite, Marble and others under requirement.

Product Description

	Panel Structure ① Covering High Pressure Laminated (HPL), ESD Antistatic Vinyl, Ceramic, Carpet, Homogeneous Vinyl, Heterogeneous vinyl, Rubber, Linoleum, Nature Wood, Terrazzo, Granite, Marble and others under requirement. ② Top steel plate Cold rolled steel plate (SPCC) epoxy powder coated with excellent rust and corrosion resistance. ③ Core Precise controlled mixing of fireproof lightweight foaming cement with advanced formula. ④ Bottom steel plate 64 embossments formed steel bottom plate (ST14) with excellent rust and corrosion resistance.
System Structure ① Standard pedestal Assembly consisting of base plate, tube, threaded rod with provisions for height adjustment, and top plate (head), made of steel. Different heights to create cavity to accommodate the air conditioning, cable trays, electrical installations, water pipeline, etc. Pedestal can be glued to the subfloor or dowelled by expansion bolt on request. ② Standard stringer Modular steel systems designed to bolt to pedestal top plate and form a grid pattern. ③ Screw Galvanized steel screw to fasten the stringer to pedestal top plate, dimension M6*40mm.
	Pedestal* ① Top plate (head) Dimension 75mmx75mm, thickness 3mm. ② Threaded rod M18, length 80mm, fully welded to top plate. Leveling mechanism for making and holding fine adjustments in height and for locking at a selected height, to prevent vibratory displacement. ③ Tube Φ21mm, fully welded to base plate. The tube can be cut according to site requirements to obtain the required height. ④ Base plate 95mmx95mm, thickness 2mm. With 4 holes to drain excess of adhesive or allow mechanical anchoring.
Stringer* Dimension: 21mm(W)x32mm(H)x570mm(L), solid tube design, high strength, and maintain panel alignment and position. Wall thickness: 0.8/1.0/1.2/1.5mm

*Rich anti-rust and anti-corrosion surface treatment solutions: yellow zinc plating, white zinc plating, blue passivated zinc plating, epoxy powder spraying coating, hot-dip galvanized, nickel plating, chrome plating, porcelain plating etc. Zinc whisker free is optional.
